If the PIO does not reply or asks for exorbitant fees, or provides false/partial/misleading information, you can file a 1st Appeal with the superior officer of the PIO, known as FAA [First Appellate Authority]. The ruling of the FAA is binding on the PIO. We provide expert 1st appeal drafting services to enable effective outcomes.
